Multilayer Pipe Company Sp. z o.o., Pęcz 59, 57-100 Strzelin, as the personal data administrator, informs you that: 

1. Your personal data are processed for purposes related with conclusion and performance of contract for the purchase of Your goods and / or services (hereinafter: “Contract”) and the implementation of legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations;
2. Providing personal data is not mandatory, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract;
3. Data is processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) and c) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws of the European Union L. of 2016, No. 119, page 1);
4. You have the right to access Your data, rectify it, delete it, limit it, the right to transfer data;
5. Your personal data will be processed until the Contract is terminated and the claims resulting from it are time-barred;
6. Your data may be transferred to entities that provide support and operation of our IT tools and systems, carry out shipments and provide ongoing legal services, a company responsible for printing the materials we use and responsible for destroying documentation;
7. You have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when you decide that the processing of Your personal data violates the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation;

Your personal data (name and surname, contact details, i.e. telephone numbers, e-mail address, official position) are processed for the legitimate purpose of the administrator, ie.: to contact persons representing MPC contractor in connection with the performance of the contract with the contractor (hereinafter: “Contract”);
2. Data is processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter. f) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws of the European Union L. of 2016, No. 119, page 1);
3. Your personal data will be processed until the Contract is terminated and the claims resulting from it are time-barred;
